Our client is a leading multi channel strategic marketing consultancy working with leading retail brands to provide them with first class customer communications from data and insight strategy to campaign execution. They work in partnership with their clients enabling them to put the customer at the heart of their decision making, driving commercial decisions.

Due to their continued growth and development, our client is now looking for a senior Client Director to manage, develop and grow some of their key client accounts. This is a broad role, managing a team, where not only will you develop the client relationship but be responsible for setting up and executing new ideas and strategies; developing the strategic planning and communication strategy.

The successful individual will have a solid track record in insight and data driven strategic marketing including across all marketing channels; gained ideally within a client side retail environment or within a fast paced marketing insight consultancy or agency. Experience of stakeholder or client management is key with first class relationship and communication skills. A passion for data, insight and developing key customer centric strategies is essential in the fast paced world of retail.
